The Georgia One Health Symposium returns for its second year, bringing together a growing network of professionals committed to improving the health of people, animals, and the environment through a One Health approach.

Students & Early Career Poster Opportunity

If you are a student or an early career professional, please consider submitting an abstract due by August 24, 2026. All submissions will be peer reviewed.  Notification of acceptance will be sent by August 31, 2026. Accepted presenters must confirm participation through registration by September 8, 2026.

We will kick off the Georgia One Health Symposium with an unforgettable evening at the Capricorn Museum, one of Macon’s most iconic historic venues and the legendary birthplace of Southern rock. Explore the stories of music legends including Otis Redding, the Allman Brothers Band, and many others while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and connecting with fellow attendees in a unique and inspiring atmosphere. This special evening sets the stage for meaningful conversations, new connections, and the shared goal of advancing the One Health approach.
